Little Gem Salad at Fausto

I have never had a little gem as good as this. Every time I marvel at how they’re able to make it so much better than any other salad I’ve ever eaten. My current theory is sugar in the dressing but it probably is just extra good lettuce, cheese, and marcona almonds. Not matter my main, I always start with this.
