A few recommendations:
1. If you are a morning person and your schedule allows, walk to get coffee. You'll get a short walk in, you'll get better coffee than the hotel, support a local business, and you'll get to see a bit of wherever you are.
2. Emergen-C. Or any multi-vitamin you like that has some B vitamins in it. The B vitamins are more important than the C. Take it at lunch.
3. At the end of the work day, and especially if you're going into a work dinner, change clothes. Not so much because you might need to be a bit dressier, but because it creates a delineation in your mind and helps break up a long day.
4. This may or not be an option for you, but at the end of a weeklong trip my co-worker and I agreed not to talk on the way home. We had no issue, just mutually agreed not to feel compelled to chit chat on the way home. It's also accepted office-wide that we don't get seats next to each other on planes.
