So many fun, free events!!

There are so many amazing free, community based events in Minneapolis. My favorites are in the winter, which can make the season a lot less brutal: The Kite Festival on Lake Harriet + Art Shanties, The Luminary Loppet (not technically free, but you can enjoy without paying for the event), and list attached will give you many more ideas!
