parasitic wasps to get rid of clothes moths

Help! I pulled out my fave oversized cream mock turtleneck sweater yesterday and it had a dozen little moth holes. Do I really have to freeze/hot wash everything and deep clean my whole closet?!? Any recs for getting rid of moths, preventing future ones, or repairing my poor sweater?

Clothes moths are stubborn little fucks. They will destroy your sweaters and your sanity. I have spent an ungodly number of hours steaming my clothes, steaming the carpet, freezing my sweaters, putting my sweaters in the oven (on LOW HEAT)... nothing really made a dent. Until: trichogramma moths. They are minute wasps that lay their eggs in moth eggs, arresting the moth egg development. Pretty metal. Full disclosure, I don't know that they are effective bc the wasps are so small you can't see...
