I loved this book so much. Read it after my dad passed. I found grief to be similar to when I became a parent. It’s like you don’t know til you know. I realized all these people who had babies before me had gone through this whole thing I didn’t know how to be there for them. I pay it forward (I’m also a doula ha!) but the same with grief.
