I took some time off earlier this year and I found having too much free time to be tough. It's nice to have a project to burrow yourself into. I specifically really enjoy these papier mache vase patterns from Corrie Beth Makes really great. They're sort of complicated, so they use your brain, but they're very tactile and creative. Plus, materials are cheap and the instructions are easy to read and straightforward.
