One time I made the grave mistake of rubbing my eyes after handling and cutting up some hot peppers- horrible experience, would not recommend... so I feel this rec on a DEEP level.

Seriously, my ex and I called it āthe jalapeƱo hands incidentā when i cut some jalapeƱos for dinner and then spent the whole night getting out of bed to go put my hands in some cooling substance or other.
