Okay I have an extensive cookbook collection, but I know there are some great ones out there I don't have and my birthday is coming up... What is your FAVORITE cookbook or baking book to COOK FROM? honorable mentions for ones that inspire you are welcome too, but if you don't cook from it please specify ;) Extra special bonus if they are from small publishers, self published, or from lesser known chefs!

+1. This is the cookbook I actually cook from on a regular basis.

Another fan here. We use ours so much that the spine started cracking 😳 BLT stir-fry is on the menu pretty much weekly

Yay! I love the chicken-dill patties with zucchini, one pan chicken piccata with orzo, and the citrus salmon with black olive breadcrumbs. But honestly- you can’t go wrong. They’re all bangers.
