Kyoto Temple Tour

I DIY'd my tour of the temples and I honestly found it really stressful; there's so many, they're really spread out and they're not easily serviced by public transport. If I could have a do-over, I would want to try and book onto a tour that would bus you around and then let you have your own free time inside the temple grounds (so you can make your own way around the endless swarm of tour groups). Kinkaku-ji, Ryōan-ji, Ginkaku-ji, Eikan-dō, Yasaka, Hōrinji, Rurikōin - take your pick.
