Looking for some weight-lifting places to start to increase the ole bone density. Any at home recs? PS I loathe the protein/ lift heavy stage of life I’m supposed to be in when I’m meant to be a carbie barbie who just goes on mental health walks 😂

This made me so much stronger! I love that I can do it at home and there’s almost no talking. I like to do it 2-3x a week (one upper body, one lower, and one full body) instead of 5. I started with just bodyweight and worked my way up to heavier dumbbells.
