Keep an enemies list

Brilliant. The anger has to go somewhere.

I know we like to be positive on here, and I obviously support that. But I’ve had a lot more anger the last few years (politically, morally), and I have never really taught myself how to make room for anger as an emotion (socialized as a woman, etc). But my list of enemies helps. Political enemies, men I saw on hinge, friends’ ex-boyfriends, René Descartes. You get it.
