Silverland Yen Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City: This hotel is extremely affordable but also extremely nice. The breakfast buffet is to die for!!

Watching the fire-breathing dragon bridge: This was awesome for a bunch of boring adults, so I imagine it would be unbelievably mind-blowing to two little guys. Show is on Saturday and Sunday nights, and there’s a great night market right in the area at the same time.

My favorite meal I’ve ever had — in Hue, Vietnam: I’ve never in my life insisted on eating only at one place for the rest of a holiday before, except for at Maison Trang. Food in central Vietnam is to die for, but bánh bèo is — at least for me — the culinary highlight.
