Absurdly Early Breakfast in a Restaurant

I don’t go to work at 4:30 AM and I can’t blame other folks for also wanting to keep comfortable and convenient hours. For this reason among many others we should salute the folks who do show up at their donut shops and bakeries and other places of business in the wee hours so they can be prepared to serve breakfast at 6:30 AM. Eating breakfast at 6:30 AM in a donut shop or restaurant can often make being away from your home at 6:30 AM worthwhile. Everything is fresh and smells great and looks a little blurry. Tip big in these situations.

Note that “ordering breakfast food late at night in a restaurant”, (which I also endorse) is a completely distinct activity.
