Movies Where No One Will Tell You the Title

The legalities and costs of showing “The Princess Bride” and of advertising a showing of “The Princess Bride” are different. That means if you see a movie night advertised and they won’t tell you which movie they’re advertising, the movie is probably presented by your neighborhood association or some cinema club or a local eccentric who really wants to do a showing of “Ghostbusters”. Give it a shot! The movie will likely be a crowd pleaser and the crowd will likely be pleased! Like many of my other recs this time of year, this rec goes double if they’re showing the movie outdoors.
