Two Duvets on One Bed

I’m a blanket stealer so we’ve been doing this since we moved in together in 2017, after which I found out we’re part of this proud tradition lol In hotels he usually takes the sheet (I hate flat sheets) since he runs warm anyway and I take the coverlet or duvet. Otherwise he ends up without any covers because I’m apparently very powerful in my sleep😬😂

My husband is German. why don’t we do this? We love it at hotels over there.

We do this, and it's great but the bed always looks so silly with the duvets overlapping.

As a single mom with a large little boy cosleeper, this is the way. I hope to instill in him from the start, life is better with everyone well rested however you get there.
