Sticky Toffee Pudding

I wasn’t very familiar with Sticky Toffee Pudding until I moved to the North Shore of MA, but seems to be on every dessert menu up here. I have now made it a few times and my friends won’t stop talking about it. My sister and I made it for our annual Thanksgiving dessert contest and won (which is no small feat). I think you have to subscribe to see the NYT recipe we used, but there are tons of recipes out there! My only tip is definitely make the extra sauce!
