Taste An Electric Daisy

A local chef saw me eying this plant in the edible garden and dared me to try it. They used to use acmella oleracea medicinally for tooth aches, and now I get why. It’s tongue numbing, wildly fragrant and tasty, until you realize you can’t stop salivating. Probably one of the wildest herbs I’ve ever eaten. I’d trick someone into eating this anytime.
