N/A Gin For A Dirty Martini

I had the most satisfying n/a 'Dirty Martina' at The Swan lounge last week. It was crisp, briney, and finished with a drizzle of EVOO--maybe the faintest taste of a classy white wine vinegar? Looking at their menu, the main "spirit" was a gin, Citadelle from Maison Ferrand.
