Once Bitten (1985)

DAY 21

Like many, I went through a Jim Carrey phase in the 90s and was absolutely obsessed with this fun, horror comedy romp.

Between this movie, Vamp, The Lost Boys, Near Dark, Fright Night, and The Hunger (just to name a few), the 80s vampire scene was smoking hot. This little number doesn't get as much attention but Lauren Hutton is a smoke show, Jim Carrey's Canadian twang is irresistible, and Cleavon Little as Hutton's right-hand man is perfection.

Because of a most radical Halloween dance scene (including a dance battle for the main dude), Once Bitten is always on my Watch List during Spooky Season.
