Kaëdo Sushi in Montreal: I visited Montreal for my honeymoon, and we couldn't get enough of the all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants! Having never been to Japan, it was my first exposure to the concept. Highly recommend, simply le meilleur.

Kaëdo wasn't open when I was there in 2016, but it's the first one I'd try if I were returning today.

The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal: Wonderful service, luxurious rooms. A grand lounge for afternoon tea. Spa in the basement is pricey but looked amazing.they will proudly tell you that they are, in fact, the first Ritz Carlton in the world (the one in Paris is the first Ritz, but not Ritz-Carlton).
