Please help me put my phone down. Any techniques, gadgets, advice? Something that will actually work and not just for a day or two.

Or any handicrafts, but the last few winters I got really into embroidery and this is one of my last projects. It’s fun to see my progress from the first pieces to the last. Anyway it keeps my hands busy and not reaching for the phone!

My mom taught me the basics and I feel like I learned through trial and error after that. I just started messy ☺️
