If you're a picky eater, grow up

Listen if you have an allergy or a sensitivity that is totally fine I get it this does not apply to you and you are safe from me.
But it is the 21st century! Most of the food that has survived this far has done so because it is good. If you're at a nice restaurant and you are asking for things on the side or substituted, you probably don't know better! You're not experiencing the food as it was meant to be experienced.

My husband has an anaphylactic allergy to shellfish, so I can accept it. But if it was a preference? Ugh, my eyes would be rolling down the whole damn street. Honestly, it would give me the ick.

I was walking into my favorite restaurant in Rome last night and saw a young woman picking all of the meat out of her spaghetti carbonara and setting it to the side of her plate. Horrific!
