ki’s pavlova: my grandmothers infallible pavlova recipe, as dictated by her:

whip 3 egg whites until stiff

mix in 3 dl granulated sugar and a “skvett” (splash) of apple cider vinegar

spread on a baking sheet

cook “for a bit” at 100 C
