5 Minute Baguette by Mr Baguette

I can't stop making these. Seriously, a crazy easy great recipe. As someone in the comments wrote, "This guy really just came on youtube, dropped the hottest baguette recipe of the year, and left without any explanation."

And it is not 5 minutes as many people point out - you are leaving the dough to do its thing for 8-10 hours. But you get amazing baguettes. I make a batch of dough, keep in a container in the fridge and just make loaves as needed.
