Salt scrub before bed

I salt scrub nightly, but weekly (or whenever you feel called) is still effective! I’ve tried dozens of brands and this is by far my favorite. It’s exfoliating, moisturizing, and quite calming. And, most importantly, salt cleanses your energetic field of whatever/ whomever’s vibes you’ve picked up.

This is a nonnegotiable on days when I’m interacting with/around a lot of strangers, or if I’m having heavy or tense conversations. Slough off that day or week’s energy and let it flow down the drain. Emerge from the shower cleansed, nourished, and ready for a restful night’s sleep
