The Peloton app is kind of one-stop shopping for this kind of thing. For me, I need diversity of movement style and class to stay engaged, and a way to "check in" with my body when I select a class. You can choose based on workout type/body zones, instructor (there are tons), theme (there are even classes for menopause, low impact, grief, etc!). I also like that you don't even need a bike, butcan use the same app for yoga with light weights to heavy lifting, guided outdoor runs and kettlebells. I bought a set of weights from 2-35 lbs and I'm all set.
I work out in my basement with just the light of a disco ball :)
Favorite strength instructors are: Adrian (handsome!), Rebecca (fun!), Rad (loves his mom!), Jermaine (accessible), Jess (makes you feel like you are a jock in a good way), and Johanna for yoga sculpt (CHIC).
