A precise map of the non-scammy currency exchange machines

Everyone knows (?) that rates and commissions at airport currency exchange stations are usurious, and the best option is to withdraw local currency from an actual ATM. What's harder to find is the no-fee, actual exchange rate ATMs hiding amongst the chaff in airports. This site has done an excellent job of figuring out where the good machines are, down to the precise gate and terminal.

Exhibit A, from earlier today in Schipol: 100€ was $111 from the proper machine, rather than $141 at the exchange counter. Runway robbery!

NB: Never convert the debit charge into home money, always stay in the local currency you are purchasing. There's often a sneaky 12-15% upcharge on top of everything else if you charge it in converted home currency.
