Hawk Walk at Ashford Castle

Signaling a hawk (Walnut! in our case) to land on your arm while walking the castle grounds is a lifetime highlight reel experience. Their aviary is also beautiful and our falconer was so knowledgable. When we saw we clearly were pumped for hawk lore, he went so far as to draw a diagram of their eyeball in the dirt. 10/10
