Support desk or student support

HELP! I need inspiration/ideas for part-time work (I'm talking only 1-2 days a week) that involve sitting at my computer without talking to a human (messages/emails are ok)! I enjoy + have experience in admin, operations, sales + comms within industries including IT, retail, music + hospitality for both large companies and tiny startups. I also have a bachelor's degree (sociology/media majors). My current job is very much about being irl with people all the time, which I love, but as an autistic + ADHD diva with various health things, I need to balance that out by going non-verbal at my desk from home. Feel free to direct message me if that's more appropriate than replying with a rec! Thank you in advance for any tips & ideas! xoxo Dylan

Have you thought about doing a support desk role that only requires communication through email/chat? I’ve seen job opportunities out there that do not require phone support.

I used to do IT Helpdesk and student support for a music school, where many of the students were younger and didn’t like talking on the phone.

Difference is I was reachable on phone, I enjoyed that element but it can get overwhelming if you have ADHD. It was really rewarding for me. If you see any support opportunities come up, apply and be sure to ask the requirements. Hope this helps in some way.
