Baked Risotto With Greens and Peas

The record in this house is, as I recall, a pound each of kale, chard, and spinach plus peas in one pot of this risotto, but we're always aiming to outdo ourselves (and it's always goddamn delicious). Dead easy, ultra-versatile.
