Actually using PTO!!!

I am not afraid to use my PTO and I have a job that offers sick and safe leave pay and you KNOW I’m using it and not saving it till I’m dead! It’s just crazy to me to not use something that expires and is like money you earned that goes away if you don’t use it. Like if I’m unwell and cannot come into work, why should I come into work? And why should I be afraid to take off work for anything? So I’m always putting in PTO requests for any life events and if I’m calling out sick, I tell them to...
