Sheet tray covers

One of my kitchen stalwarts; they especially shine at the holidays when I am making and storing dozens upon dozens of cookies, but are also great for transporting food to and from parties, etc.

This is genius!

I have avoided using a lot of plastic wrap by buying these half- and quarter-sheet pan covers. They snap on and form a tight seal, so they're especially useful for proofing dough.
