Recently opened at the Breuer Building Sothebys showcase for pre auction installations. Designed by Roman and Williams it’s fancy but it’s divine.

Sit at the bar and order that beer and pineapple-anise sorbet then take in the floors of galleries - sounds divine and VERY much the New York I love the most.

“I would go back to Marcel (the Roman and Williams restaurant at Sotheby’s) just for its bread and butter. The butter comes on a pretty silver dish, stamped with the logo. And two perfect mini baguettes are placed directly on the tablecloth by the servers. I can't think of anything more simple and delicious. Everything else we had off the menu was excellent too, by the way.”
