Heading into another MN winter and my old coat is done. I need something that will work for school drop offs, running errands, and frigid winter hikes (one coat for all the things). What's the warmest, but still cute, long winter coat out there?

When I decided to leave LA for upstate NY in December (🤦🏻‍♀️) I had a panic attack and bought this coat from The Arrivals a great brand designed by an architect (think lots of function that actually looks good) from a Scandinavian country.

I have worn only this coat for our four winters doing all the things you noted. I plan to keep it forever. SO WARM and so chic - can’t believe I’m saying that about a puffer - and lots of ways to keep warm or allow air flow as you and the world cool down or heat up. Sadly they’re not in biz anymore so you’ll need to peep the resale sites here’s a few from various spots in various colors.
