Analog + Digital Phones for littles - Tin Can Flashback

This wi-fi connected but still very analog phone is a GREAT THING! Here's to hoping this becomes a "gift" of the year as the chaos of buy things we might not need starts in a few weeks. We need this one.

I don't have kids, but I was one. I spent a part of every summer at my grandparents house in Northern California - think 1920's farmhouse but not in the grand planation style more the homestead but a bit better style - there was a light olive green wall phone dial style with a LONG cord and that was my only connection to my "real" life - to my friends and my parents for 8 weeks a year. I remember it fondly. Kids today deserve to be able to talk to their friends and family in a simple easy NON SNAPCHAT kinda way.

Not for here but can we talk someday about how every time I read a disturbing article about kids and young adults the conversations that organized the abuse and crimes happened on SNAPCHAT?
