Ètra - LA

Italian by way of Californa is one of my favorite lanes. I haven’t been yet this spot opened after I sold my house and bolted for the east coast in late 2022 BUT it is high on the short wishlist for my next trip to LA - my LA based longtime foodie friends rave about this hidden gem & threatened me with "the rage" if it gets even busier from my yapping about it.
