High-Protein Vegan Green Tomato Coconut Curry

I developed this recipe to take advantage of early and late season green tomatoes. I’m not a big curry girl but this sh*t is crave-able very high protein and fiber and gluten free.

Poke around the site CANAVA.co - robust search and all recipes are developed by us/me and indicate gluten free or not in the recipe notes.

Make a double batch and freeze this it’s quite good later.
