• a white embroidered, folk-style dress you may already own

• ribbon (for hair)

• hot glue gun (for fake tears, see below)

• lash glue

Easy peasy fake tears:

Use a hot glue gun to make tear droplet on a non-stick surface. Wait til they set and COOL (!!!) and apply to cheeks with lash glue.
