sometimes when i'd be home from college i'd go see him and my grandma and usually at some point he'd try to slip me $20 and i'd go "no, papa, it's okay" and then he'd just stare at me until i took the $20 and then he'd go,

"romance doesn't stand a chance without f'nance"
