silver springs la
i don’t even know where to begin. i love springs. i love the instructors and staff (they are angels), i love the studio, i love the sweat. it is a place that truly makes me look forward to my workouts and helps me clear my head. i have laughed, cried, and done some really hard things in the confines of the studio. it is such a special place and always feel lucky to be there. the music is great, the space is beautiful, clearly i could go on for days!
if anyone wants to join me and experience the magic for themselves, i have some free guest passes :)

“I knew it was going to be good before I even took a class, since it’s named after a perfect Fleetwood Mac song, but the art gallery vibes, incredible instructors with incredible playlists, cold, essential oil-scented towels you get post-class, and the front desk staff remembering your name like an old friend makes it unbeatable.”
