Martha Stewart Kielbasa, Apple, and Cheddar Pretzel Tart

tried this a couple times and it’s sooo good. i make my own pizza dough (per joy of cooking) and par bake it a bit before i add toppings to keep it from soggifying. used cougar gold last time and it was perfect.
