new brighton state beach campground (santa cruz, ca)

gorgeous state beach and campground on the south side of santa cruz. minutes away from capitola village which is a quaint part of santa cruz with brightly painted buildings, shops, restaurants and bars overlooking the ocean. we camped there in a eucalyptus grove, listening to the waves crash. we woke up and picnicked breakfast at the beach watching seals and otters play in the ocean.
