A catio

Catio = Cat patio. A.k.a. A cat "run", or an enclosure. I love our cats, but I hate the idea of them wreaking havoc on the wildlife (especially birds). Selfishly, it's also a real pain to try to manage the not-quite-dead-bird-flying-around-in-your-house situation... Other plusses: With a catio, your cat can enjoy sun and scents, but won't get hit by a car, or get FIV, or get an abscess from a cat fight. Best investment we made for our feline friends.
