I now make this every morning and crave it over buying coffee!!
I use Nespresso pods (am I cancelled?) or you can use any espresso, mix in a spoon of honey and a pinch of chunky salt, then add milk and pour over (ideally, crushed) ice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How confidently are we adding the salt? I always under salt because I'm scared of ruining my nespresso pod (solidarity). I'm probably salting with 2/10 confidence but I think I need to escalate to 6/10 salt.

Thank you for this amazing question. I feel you, and I have no idea. Every morning adding the salt is my grounding practice because I have to not rush and tap into my intuition (for 2-3 seconds). I do think confidence comes from oversalting/ruining a pod once or twice to learn your limits/the ideal range

Do you use the espresso pod or the nespresso pod that’s coffee?

I use Nespresso’s Vertuo pods, specifically double espresso (2.7 fl oz) sized pods. I like Chiaro and Ice Leggero!
