Have Your Cake substack: Not a book but perhaps a subscription to this substack? Liz Prueitt, one of the original owners of Tartine, developed a gluten allergy (or maybe it was her daughter? Unclear.) and has been developing and writing GF recipes for years. Obviously she’s a pro and her recipes are beautiful!

Granor Bookshelf: While Aran’s Cannelle books are chef’s kiss good, Abra Berens’ trilogy is amazing. It doesn’t exclude gluten, but the stars of the recipes are not. Pulp, Grist and Ruffage are the books.
