Gift idea: making a bitters blend

Bitter is better!! Need to prep at least one month in advance but it’s extremely easy, fun to tweak/tinker with and lasts forever. Just as yummy in a cocktail as in seltzer with a squeeze of citrus. Great for gut happiness. Nice chance to make fun labels too!
