“NTI device” (mini mouth guard)

My teeth are ground down to nubs and I’ve historically had constant tension headaches but I’ve always been unable to wear a night guard. Dentist recommended this - it clicks on to just the front few teeth so the intrusion is minimal and manageable even if you gag heavy like me
