Finding an artist/maker and actually purchasing from them

I’m definitely a social media stalker for artists. But let me just confirm that you should go for it. Feels infinitely better than buying stuff from Am@z0n. Example here from my current favorite ceramicist whose work just brings me joy. I happily choose my coffee mug every morning. She very sweetly writes a handwritten card, adds cute stickers and candy to every order. But the point being that supporting a real creative human is pretty cool.
