Go to a concert of an artist you love and sing along at the top of your lungs

The most life affirming moments I have are at a show where I am surrounded by hundreds of strangers singing the same lyrics as me, words that mean something different but profound to us all. Jump in the same rhythm of the crowd, exchange meaningful looks and words with strangers, cry openly while dancing. If you don’t have a band you love that’s touring soon, find a great song by a band that is touring, then get to know their whole work, listen as you commute, run, dance in your house. Then when you get to the show let it all go. I heard someone say once “I used to be an Evangelical but then I realized I just liked live music.” No shade to faith but you can get that God high outside of the temple too, with some great beats and some good words.
