Neutrogena Healthy Volume Black/Brown Mascara

I have a problem with mascara being too wet and clumpy and making my lashes stick together. This mascara solves that entirely. I love the brush, it deposits the product in smaller doses and really does provide great volume. It's buildable, but also pairs really well under a lengthening mascara because it helps keep the lashes separated. AND under $8!
